Return Policy
- Tijarah Collections want to ensure that you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 20 days of your purchase date. Returns cannot be accepted for clearance items.
- In order for the returns to be accepted, items need to be returned in their original packaging with tags. The items cannot be worn, washed, or altered in any manner.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is being made due to an error on our part, such as the wrong item shipped out.
- Once the item is received by us and meets the return requirements such as in original packaging, then the purchase amount plus original shipping cost will be credited to your account.
- In order to process your return, please email us at info@tijarahcollections.com or fill out the Contact Us Form online. Please include your invoice / order number, your registered name on our site, item you want to return, and clearly state the reason for the return. Please do not ship the items back without communicating with us first and receiving our confirmation for return.
