• All orders will be shipped within 5 – 7 business days after the full payment is received.

• Tijarah Collections is not responsible for the delivery service transit time.

• Fed Ex or UPS will be preferred carriers.  Transit times will be provided by them.

• You will be notified of the carrier and the tracking number once the order is shipped.

• Shipping Charges are based on the flat shipping rate and amount of the order.

• If you like to expedite the shipment, please contact us at info@tijarahcollections.com for transit time options and extra charges.

• Please make sure to enter correct shipping address in order to receive items on time.

• Customer will be responsible for any other charges and fees if address is entered incorrectly.

• Orders will NOT be shipped to PO BOXES.

Email Address will be used to inform you of current promotions at Tijarah Collections.  If you would like to remove yourself from it, please feel free to Unscubsribe.  Any other information collected, such as name, address, or credit card information will be used to complete the requested transactions.

Information collected during the browsing of our website, will only be used by Tijarah Collections, for the purpose of completing the transaction and internal data collection.  We may share your personal information with third parties such as Authorize.net or Merchant Credit Card Companies which perform key tasks in completing the secure transactions.

Since we, at Tijarah Collection, constantly continue to improve our services, it may also cause our policies to be revised from time to time.  Any changes to our Privacy policy will be updated on our website.  By using our website, it is assumed, that you agree to our policies.

• Tijarah Collections want to ensure that you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase.
• If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 20 days of your purchase date.  Returns cannot be accepted for clearance items.
• In order for the returns to be accepted, items need to be returned in their original packaging with tags.  The items cannot be worn, washed, or altered in any manner. 
• You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is being made due to an error on our part, such as the wrong item shipped out. 
• Once the item is received by us and meets the return requirements such as in original packaging, then the purchase amount plus original shipping cost will be credited to your account.
• In order to process your return, please email us at info@tijarahcollections.com or fill out the Contact Us Form online.  Please include your invoice / order number, your registered name on our site, item you want to return, and clearly state the reason for the return.  Please do not ship the items back without communicating with us first and receiving our confirmation for return.
• Tijarah Collections is committed to provide customer satisfaction. We handle our business with honesty and trust and expect the same in return from our customers. We request due diligence when handling return of products.

Tijarah Collections currently offers 2 methods of payments:

• Credit Card and PayPal 
• Our preferred method of payment is Credit Card which will also ensure the processing of your order as quickly as possible.  You can shop with ease by knowing that our site is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which provides secure Internet transactions. 
• We do not accept personal checks unless you are paying through PayPal.
• We do not accept cash or ship on C.O.D.
